Autumn has been filling our days with exploration, play, and meaningful learning. This month, we are focusing on gratitude and the special connections we share with our families. Our students will participate in activities that celebrate kindness, giving back, and appreciating the people and community around them.

Our annual Holiday Giving initiative is a way for students to spread cheer this holiday season while developing an appreciation for what they have, showing gratitude towards others, and seeing the positive impact of their actions. This year we are working with Gently Hugged again! Gently Hugged collects very gently used or new infant clothing in Newborn to 12-month sizes along with baby blankets, burp cloths, bibs, socks, shoes, hats, jackets, and small board books. Thank you in advance for your partnership and generosity.
November is Native American Heritage Month, a time to celebrate the rich traditions and wisdom of the first peoples of our land. In our classrooms, children will explore the importance of gratitude, storytelling, and nature through simple, meaningful activities.
Our students will be celebrating Thanksgiving with a family potluck where we will invite all our families to have lunch with us! They are invited to bring in a special dish to share with the school. We will be having our Friendsgiving Feast on Friday, November 21st from 11:00 to 12:30pm.
