Message from the Principal
It’s starting to feel like fall…
November is always such a special month, we have many things to be Thankful for! We are so lucky to have such amazing families and happy children here at our school!
Thank you to all who helped make our Halloween Potluck & Parade a “Spooktacular” success. The children and teachers had a terrific time parading around the school… such silly, fancy, spooky costumes, oh-my! Imagination, creativity and wonder at it’s best.
In addition, as a community, we had the “Think Pink” Coins for a Cure initiative for Michelle’s Place of Temecula (Breast cancer awareness/support) and in late November and early December will be having our annual Pajama Drive. We love teaching the children about the gift of giving and having empathy for others in need.
In life it’s the little things that mean the most. Please think of our preschool as a “Cellphone Free Zone” What does this mean… please try to keep your cell phone put away when picking up your child. Your child’s smile can not leave a message! Your child has not seen you all day; take time for that warm welcome hug, also try to read the “What we learned today (WWLD),” which is posted on your child’s door. This communication tool gives you one special activity to spark a meaningful conversation with your child on the car ride home; often times the WWLD may include a question to ask your child too! For example, tell me what color was the Indian corn? Tell me more, what did it feel like? What did you do next?
